Don’t Pitch 2 Markets

Video Below

Today, we’re talking about pitching 2 markets.

When raising a seed round, many founders pitch 2 markets. This is a common mistake. Investors do not want to hear that you are selling to both consumers and businesses. That you’re trying to reach both small businesses and large enterprises. Nor do they usually like to see you selling in multiple different markets this early, like selling in the USA and also in Latin America.

Why? Well building a startup is very hard and often requires incredible focus. Investors want to see that you understand the customer you’re targeting and your efforts are laser focused, to improve the chances of success.
