Today we’re talking about focusing on repeated feedback.
1. In the early days of testing, customers will often give you broad feedback across a range of areas, making it very hard to know what to work on. Especially as you should be talking to lots of people.
2. I recommend you focus on the repeated feedback. If customers are finding the same problems or making the same suggestions over and over again. That’s likely somewhere you should spend some time.
3. However, customer feedback is unpredictable. Don’t be too surprised if the requests you hear repeatedly are for a feature or issue you didn’t think was important or didn’t even consider at all. Let yourself be guided by customer needs versus your hypothesis.
Best of luck out there.
