Make an Offer at the Interview

Finding someone great for your open role is incredibly hard, so when you finally find someone that meets that high bar, get them an offer before they leave the interview. Here’s why:

1. It Feels Great

Candidates will be flattered and excited if they receive an offer at the end of the interview. People are much more likely to accept an offer when they feel immediately valued.

2. Speed Wins

Great candidates usually get multiple offers, so being faster helps as you can gently push for a decision before other companies might submit an offer at all.

3. Additional Communication

An immediate offer allows you to schedule a follow up discussion. This will be an advantage in a competitive situation, as you have more time to make your case.

Best of luck out there.
