my top 3 books for founders

A lot of founders ask me what books I suggest to help them be better. Here’s my usual response:

1. Books are personal. The best books for you will depend on your skillset and needs, not necessarily how popular they are with other founders.

3. An Honorable mention: Although it’s not in my personal top 3, Ben Horowitz’s The Hard Thing about Hard Things is probably the book I see most recommended by others. So it’s probably worth your time too.

Best of luck out there.
