Today, we’re talking about sales hiring.

Once you start hiring salespeople, you never really stop.

1. If the new sales hire doesn’t work out, then you’ll have to let them go. That puts you back where you started, so you’ll have to hire a replacement.

2. If the new sales hire is good, then you will hit your sales goals, which, in turn, leads to more hiring as you expand the sales team.
