Today we’re talking about branding as an early-stage startup. Many founders want to use their first cash to spend big on an agency. But nowadays, you can get started for under $100. Here’s how:
1. Logo
You can try AI-based services like Looka for $50, or low-cost freelancers on Fiverr and Upwork. 99designs is the long-term leader but they start around $300.
2. Website
Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, Wix — the list of services you can use to build a great-looking website is endless and most include a large number of templates. Try a few and pick your favorite. Prices start around ~$15/month.
3. One-Pagers
First, take a look at the free templates for Office or Google Workspace. Paid accounts there start at $10/month. There are also services like Picktochart, which are focused on one-pagers but start around $20/month.
4. Deck
Although I certainly advise spending a few thousand dollars on a great designer to build a world-class deck, you can also get a very nice deck from Beautiful.ai and their pricing starts at around $15/month.
So there you have it, your startup’s branding essentials, all for under $100.
Best of luck out there.
